Ensuring that children and young people play a meaningful and active role in learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs and enthusiasms

Supervising  that  all programme activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people

Designing course’s contents based on the curriculum 

Building a culture of collaboration, friendliness and values-based environment inside and outside the classroom.

Manage the IB MYP budget.

Ensure that all teachers are suitably qualified and trained in accordance with IB requirements. 

Conduct regular meetings with IB teachers,  provide support, information and personalized feedback for their lessons. 

Responsible for the evaluation of the teachers and the recruiting of new stuff.

Coordinate participation in MYP workshops and professional learning. 

Organizing and designing the daily schedule of the school.

Cooperating with the architect and ensuring that the drawings of the building site were meeting MYP needs and guidelines.
